Lois Russell
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™
Lois Russell earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. In 2003 she joined forces with Clayton Tuggle to form Tuggle & Russell, LLC–an independent Registered Investment Advisor.
She is an accomplished speaker and is frequently invited to make presentations on financial matters for various organizations. She has also been a guest on the radio show, “The Mature Living Choices Program” (KAAM), in the Dallas area.
Mrs. Russell, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, also has an insurance background which adds another dimension to understanding a client’s financial situation. She is a member of the Financial Planners Association.
Lois is twice past-president of the Richardson, Texas chapter of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA), and was her chapter’s 2001-2002 ABWA Woman of the Year. Lois is also a proud member of the 5-time International Champion Rich-Tone Chorus from Richardson, Texas. She is also an alumna of Leadership Richardson, Class XXIV.
